Coverage

Look for the front, back, sides, labels and any area important to your decision. Note details hidden by folds, glare or low resolution.

Option Match

Compare the colour, model, print and included pieces with the option you ordered.

Measurements

Use visible measurement references where available and compare garment dimensions with an item you already own.

Defects

Inspect seams, marks, hardware and symmetry. If an area is unclear, seek better evidence before parcel submission.

A five-point warehouse photo check

1. Open the saved order option next to the inspection photos. Check that the visible colour, model, quantity and included pieces correspond to what you selected.
2. Inspect front, back, side views and labels. Mark any area hidden by folds, reflections or low resolution as “not confirmed”, rather than assuming it is fine.
3. Compare dimensions only when the measuring points and units are visible. If fit is important, request a clear view of the exact points needed for your comparison.
4. Zoom in on visible seams, stains, print placement, hardware and obvious damage. A photo cannot test durability, hidden materials or authenticity.
5. Write down each unresolved issue and contact support through the order record before parcel submission. Confirm what extra evidence or inspection is available and its cost.

A clear request for additional evidence

Example request: “Please photograph the size label, then show the top laid flat with a tape measure across the chest from seam to seam. Please also show the marked seam in a close-up.” Adapt the request to the seller’s chart and the issue you actually need to check.
